EXP.ALL
The 2002 Neo Destiny EXP.ALL is a rare Trainer card, illustrated by Keiji Kinebuchi. Raw near-mint copies trade around $8.46, while a PSA 10 is modelled near $63.45 and a PSA 9 near $26.46. In its original set it is a tough pull — roughly a 1-in-66 booster pull (modelled, not official).
Attach EXP.ALL to 1 of your Pokémon that doesn't have a Pokémon Tool attached to it.
During your opponent's turn, if your Active Pokémon would be Knocked Out by your opponent's attack, you may take 1 of the basic Energy cards attached to your Active Pokémon and attach it to the Pokémon with EXP.ALL attached to it. If you do, discard EXP.ALL.
