Dark Gyarados

The 2004 Team Rocket Returns Dark Gyarados is an uncommon Water-type Pokémon card with 80 HP, evolving from Magikarp, illustrated by Nakaoka. Raw near-mint copies trade around $45.93, while a PSA 10 is modelled near $275.58 and a PSA 9 near $91.86. In its original set it is a frequent pull — roughly a 1-in-12 booster pull (modelled, not official). Dark Gyarados has 3 other printings in the catalogue.
